No matter what you use, you need to redirect people to links or offers, otherwise, you won’t make any sales. If you chose to take this path, I would recommend doing it on a niche you enjoy. It might be a hobby, something you like doing in your free time.
To be successful here, you must enjoy talking about the nice you chose. For example, if you like, soccer or science you can start a blog about it and build up an audience. After you have your traffic, you can make many doing affiliate marketing.
So whatever you do, whatever method you want to go with, it always comes back to traffic. If you want to recommend a service or product, your main source of traffic will be:

- Facebook groups or other social media
The best thing about affiliate marketing is that you don’t need to have your products.
Advertising Offers on Different Niches
So in case, you don’t want to have a personal brand and don’t want to build up your audience. You will need to advertise products, by doing reviews, landing pages for your paid traffic, and ranking for keywords.
Even in this case, some of your main sources of traffic will be:
- Blog or Website
- Paid traffic sources
- Landing Pages
- CPA Marketing
For your blog or website, you would still need to do some search optimization traffic (SEO). That will include doing some keyword research that will help you get better ranks on Google.
Amazon Affiliate Marketing
It’s essentially the same thing.

- Free traffic sources
In this case, you might do a lot of recommendations on your YouTube videos, using links to send the people interested to Amazon.
Doing Affiliate Marketing to Your Clients
In some cases, you might want to do affiliate marketing to people who have already purchased a product from you. For example, if you have an online course, you can use it to promote affiliate products later on.
You might have subscribers on YouTube, an email list. So basically anyone has purchased from you, and you still have a way to contact them.
Many might think that there is some secret behind this to work. But let me tell you that the biggest money making in this industry is simple. “Find a problem, and offer a solution.”
For example, you can search on Google “how to draw”. For this, you can make a video where you suggest the best online courses about this topic where you get a commission.
Affiliate marketing always comes down to building the audience. And to connect the people with what they need.
Before you start your affiliate business, you must choose one of the methods explained above. So it might be a blog about Amazon products, a website about a ClickBank niche, or you want to build an audience for your brand.
After that, you must decide what traffic methods you plan to use most. It might be free traffic, or you want to search keywords and do SEO, or it might even be paid traffic. Free traffic is really good and healthy but needs a lot of time. SEO is also healthy but needs time and some money too. With paid traffic, you want to be more careful, because it is invasive and requires a lot of money, but if it is done right it might get really fast results.
